Hank is an ACSM-certified personal trainer, holds a Diploma in Human Kinetics - Physical Education, and is currently completing his Bachelor of Kinesiology. Coming from a sports background in basketball and National-level sprint canoeing, Hank has trained and learned alongside some of the best athletes in the world. Utilizing this knowledge, he has trained clients from average gym goers to high performance athletes in different sports. He brings a functional approach to training, teaching his clients how to utilize the body to its maximum potential on the squash court, and to promote injury prevention.
