The Club

Evergreen Squash Club of West Vancouver officially opened in 1968, and has had two major expansions. The facility is member owned and operated. The elected Board of Directors consists entirely of active members.

Our picturesque club is located directly on the border of North and West Vancouver, and is one of the most active squash clubs in Canada.

We currently have 5 International singles courts, a doubles court, a fitness centre, and full locker rooms. There are programs and activities for singles and doubles players, ranging from beginners through to elite players.

We also have an on-site, full-service pro shop, complete with stringing service.


Come compete in one of Greater Vancouver's most active singles squash program. Evergreen has 5 singles squash courts and offers several different singles programs for all levels of Squash.

Grab your partner and come compete on a Doubles Squash Court. Evergreen has 1 Doubles court and offers several different programs for all levels of Doubles Squash.

Evergreen hosts one of Greater Vancouver's most elite Junior Squash Academies. Children of all ages and skill levels can come and hone their skills, compete and learn the game with our Club Pro Colin Whitney. There are several Jr. Tournaments and competitions throughout the year.

Cathy also owns and manages the Pro Shop located at Evergreen.

Club Pro

Thomas Brinkman
Thomas has been playing professional squash in both singles and doubles for the past 8 years resulting in various provincial and national titles. He have been coaching for the last 10 years and has most recently been in Toronto as Head Professional of Mayfair Parkway and have produced various national champions in both junior and senior national championships.

He is dedicated to making Evergreen the best Junior, Recreational and Competitive club in Western Canada and wants to make sure that no matter what level in singles or doubles you are, Evergreen will have something to offer you.

He will be offering:
-junior programming 6 days a week
-singles and doubles lessons
-adult singles clinics
-Finally Friday Social Nights
-Beginner singles/doubles squash clinics


To provide members with a fitness and squash program for the enjoyment and well-being of the individual.


To encourage the sport of squash with its benefits of fitness, competitiveness, relaxation and sportsmanship.
