Entry Deadlines

Doubles

  • $1000 prize money for Mixed Doubles!
  • You may enter 2 doubles events.
  • Entry fee is $50 per racquet for the first event. $10 per racquet for the second event.
  • Play begins:
    Local play begins Tuesday, 2010.11.16
    Play begins at 17:00 weekdays, and 09:00 on the weekend
    Out of town players must be available
    Friday, 2010.11.19 5:00 PM
    with all finals on Sunday, 2010.11.21
  • Draw available on-line Monday, 2010.11.15 6:00 PM — a Draw tab will show above.

Dinner & Party

A dinner and party will be held Saturday, 2010.11.20, at the Hurricane Grill, North Vancouver, 6pm Patron Reception and 7pm Dinner.

Everyone is welcome to come to the dinner, including those not entered in the tournament. The cost is $20 per person not entered in the tournament.

Volunteers Needed

We encourage local participants to volunteer their time to make this tournament a great experience for our out–of–town guests! Please indicate when and where you can help (registration, starting refs, kitchen — friday only, bartending).

Payment Options

Preferred Method
Enter on-line, then drop off at, or mail to, the club, a cheque, or money order, for the total amount, payable to Evergreen Squash Club. Please indicate on cheque that it is for the 2010 WCD.
Cheque, or money order, only, if dropping off at the club.
Alternate Methods
Pay when checking in. Registration desk will be open Thursday and Friday evening.
