Events and Entry Fee

You may enter 1 singles event and 2 doubles events, for a total of three events.

Your adult entry fee is based on the number of events you enter:

1 event:  $20
2 events: $25
3 events: $30

The entry fee for juniors is a flat $15 for upto 3 events.

Doubles

• You may enter 2 doubles events.
• Play begins:
  Doubles play begins Monday, 2011.04.04
  Play begins at 17:00 weekdays, and
  09:00 on the weekend
  With all finals on Saturday, 2011.04.16
• Draw available on-line Saturday, 2011.04.02 18:00 — a Draw tab will show above.

Singles

• You may enter 1 singles event.
• Play begins: Monday, 2011.04.11 with all finals on Saturday, 2011.04.16
• Draw available on-line Saturday, 2011.04.09 18:00 — a Draw tab will show above.

Tournament Dinner

The Tournament Dinner will be held 2011.04.16, at the Evergreen Squash Club, Cocktails 6pm, Dinner 7pm.

Everyone is welcome to come to the dinner, including those not entered in the tournament. The cost is $30 per person not entered in the tournament.

Tickets limited — 80 — and always sell out. $30 each.

Volunteers Needed

We encourage local participants to volunteer their time to make this tournament a great experience for our out–of–town guests! Please indicate when and where you can help (registration, starting refs, kitchen — friday only, bartending).

Enter on-line, then drop off at, or mail to, the club, a cheque, or money order, for the total amount, payable to Evergreen Squash Club. Please indicate on cheque that it is for the 2011Club Championships.
