Evergreen at the
Canadian National Championships

A number of Evergreen members traveled to Calgary for the 2009 Canadian National Championships, highlighted by a few great performances.

Alicia Haneine won 11–8 in the 5th game of the Women's 40+. She played solidly throughout the tournament, only losing two games (both in the final).

Simon Dorey defeated the top seed in the Men's 50+ to make it to the Final, but didn't have enough left in the tank, losing a close 4 game match to the #2 seed.

Adam Radziminski defeated the second seed early in a big Men's A draw and made it to the Final. He finally met his match in former Evergreen junior, Tyler Olsen, who beat Adam 3-0 to win the title.
