38th Pacific Coast Doubles Squash Championships

January 21-24, 2010

The University Club of San Francisco is proud to host the 38th playing of the Pacific Coast Doubles Squash Championships, January 21-24, 2010.

Since 1972, the Pacific Coast Doubles Squash Championships has been an annual west coast fixture with a grand, storied tradition rotating between three sites: Vancouver, Portland, and San Francisco.

This year’s USSRA sanctioned events will include: Men’s Open, Div I (B Players), Div. II (C & D players), 40+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, Women’s Open, and Mixed. (Entry form.)

A maximum of two events only. Consolations will be offered in all classes depending on court availability.

Your entry fee covers the cost of a tournament souvenir, trophies for all finalists, Saturday social, and refreshments throughout the tournament. Entry fee is $110.00. Student fee is $85.00.

One of the principal goals of this year’s tournament committee is to ensure that fees for players and their guests is affordable (despite risings costs) while maintaining the quality and high standards set by previous committees. This tournament is best known for providing the highest quality of squash in each age category as well as delivering a fun filled weekend. To help offset rising costs, we have introduced a Patronage category of participation. Patrons will receive a special commemorative and added recognition for their generous contribution.

  • Gold Patron$500.00
  • Silver Patron$350.00
  • Bronze Patron$200.00

For out-of-towners, we recommend three hotels: the Stanford Court which we has a discounted rate for guests of the University Club, the Hotel Mark Twain, and the Larkspur Hotel which anecdotally has inexpensive rates.

We hope to see you in San Francisco in January!
