Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of Members (the “Meeting”) of Evergreen Squash Club (the “Club”) will be held at the Club located at 1802 Glenaire Drive, North Vancouver, B.C. V7P 1Y1, on Tuesday, May 30, 2012, at the hour of 7 pm.
2012 Club Surveys
There are 3 surveys the Board would appreciate members completing. Surveys are one of the best ways for the Board to get feedback from members so we can continue to meet the needs of our members. These surveys are expected to take only a few minutes each.
We would appreciate every member completing as many of the 3 surveys as are applicable to them. It would be appreciated if you could please complete them by May 25, 2012. Thank you for your participation and feedback,
