Doubles Tournaments & Such — Coming Up
Nothing to mention at this time.
In-house doubles — Notes
House League
The first Howe Sound Doubles House League wraps up with finals on Monday,
June 4th.
Player Preferences
Summer has arrived in the Lower Mainland, and many of your
schedules are becoming crowded with non-squash activities,
so you may wish to adjust your in-house doubles player
profile. You can't do this on the web site. However, a note to Lynn Broman
will do the trick. Player preferences,
as used for this week's schedule, can be viewed on-line.
Player Responsibilities
Stuff happens, so be in touch with the others in your foursome
.
If any groups decide not to play, please notifiy
Cathy Covernton, Rob Forrest,
or Lynn Broman
so that the court can be freed for web booking.
If you are unable to make your match, you are responsible for arranging
a suitable replacement.
In-house Doubles — Ladder
Lynn uses the Evergreen
Doubles Ladder to give guidance in setting up the foursomes
for in-house doubles.
Consequently, you are encouraged to record all your doubles activity
on the club ladder. The more data, the more reliable the rankings.
We have fairly detailed information about getting
a password for the club ladder on Quick-Draws, and, thereafter,
recording
scores available on-line.
In-house doubles — Want to join in?
Let Lynn Broman know if you wish to be included. Please, specify wall, and preferred days (Monday, Tuesday, and/or Thursday).
