Did you know?

There are a number of benefits to belonging to Squash BC, including Accident Insurance while playing in a Squash BC sanctioned event. All adult players participating in Vancouver Squash Leagues or in tournaments MUST be members of Squash BC. In addition, Evergreen requires all Junior club members to belong. Visit Squash BC's membership page for full details.

You can renew your membership at a reduced group rate if you pay your Squash BC dues with your club dues. However, this offer ends October 31 annually. So, if you want to join for the current season, you will have to sign up on the Squash BC website (use the link above).

Evergreen has two professional coaches that are able to meet your every training need. Need help with your technique, your fitness, your tactics — give them a call.

Club Pro - Phil Arthur

Phil Arthur, Evergreen squash professional

Phil Arthur is the club professional at Evergreen Squash Club. Phil hails from Australia, and has been the club pro for a number of years.

Assistant Pro - Alicia Haneine

Alicia Haneine, Evergreen squash professional

Alicia is a trained coach with experience in both Mexico and Canada. She has a long history with squash, starting at age 8. Today she is an active player at Evergreen and in tournaments at both the provincial and national levels.

Alicia provides coaching at all levels and for both singles and doubles. She also assists with coaching trial members. And, Alicia is our Director of Junior Development.
